About Mecca
Mecca is the annual cultural festival of Hindu College, University of Delhi, celebrated for its vibrant events and star-studded performances. Often referred to as "The Hajj to Hindu," Mecca symbolizes a pilgrimage of celebration for students, embodying the spirit and unity of the college community.
The festival features a diverse array of events, including fashion shows, street dance competitions, literary sessions, and musical performances. Over the years, Mecca has hosted renowned artists such as Vishal-Shekhar, Salim-Sulaiman, Mohit Chauhan, Rekha Bharadwaj, Papon, and Dualist Inquiry, attracting audiences exceeding 70,000 attendees.
